California Leadership Trip January 2025

Pines Alternative School

Twenty four students will be traveling to California working on High School Credits.

The Leadership Trip to California January 28 to February 1, 2025 is an opportunity to provide world class education through the Disney’s Imagination Campus as well as the Educational Tour at Universal Studios. We aim to provide these students with an opportunity for personal growth, team building, and exposure to diverse cultural experiences. We believe that such experiences are integral to their overall education and personal development. This will be a transformative trip for the youth that attend our school. The students are fund raising on their own to pay for the cost of the trip.

Below are some examples of where funds could be donated. As always we are grateful for any amount received to help our students.

$50 Five Lunches for a student (not included in package)

$150 Passport for one student

$250 Partial Monthly payment for 1 Student

$2000 Character Breakfast for all 24 Students

$3800 Sponsor a student to attend

All donations will go directly to the student you choose, or will be split equally amongst all the students travelling. Donations over $20 are eligible for a charitable receipt.

For Company/Business donations of $400 or more your company's logo will be prominently displayed on all promotional materials related to the trip including our website, social media platforms and any press releases. A public acknowledgment of your generous support will be made during our pre-trip events and upon our return, expressing gratitude for your contribution. By supporting this educational trip, you are investing in the education and well-being of our local youth, making a positive impact on our community.
